Pastoral Leadership Coaching offers encouragement, support, and a regular look at the pastor's leadership strengths and growth areas. Spiritual discussions, ministry challenges, problems to solve, theology, and growth opportunities can also be areas of foucs.

Dan's standard workshops include discipleship strategy, church health, meeting facilitation, small group leadership, small group ministry, and Meyers-Briggs for team and leadership development. Dan can also work with you to design a workshop targeted for your specific ministry needs.
