Dear NFCCC Churches,
The congregation of Wading River Congregational Church (WRCC) is pleased to invite fellow pastors and church delegates from the NFCCC (list of invited churches below) to participate in a Vicinage Council to consider the potential ordination of Adam Costantino. Adam has been a faithful part of our church ministry for years and has sensed the call of God to seek ordination and pastoral ministry. He has served on both the deacon and trustee boards and is the current Men’s Ministry Director. Adam also preaches on a regular basis and is currently pursuing a pastoral certificate from Birmingham Theological Seminary. Adam has much ministry experience and will be hired as the Discipleship Pastor at WRCC upon his ordination. Due to our geographic location, the council may also be attended via Zoom.
Day/Time/Place:
September 25, 2025 / 7:00 pm ET / @ Wading River Congregational Church and via Zoom

Adam's Testimony, Call, and Statement of Faith
Each church delegate will have the opportunity to examine Adam through the direction of our Executive Director, Rev. Dan Dzikowicz, who is willing to serve as Permanent Moderator and will facilitate according to the Vicinage Council recommended guidelines of the NACCC (e.g., each attending church will have one official delegate and vote). Quorum will be established at seven (7) churches, unless adjusted by the Presiding Moderator.
Our congregation will be present for the council. Directly after the council has made its recommendation, our members will conduct a special meeting of the congregation to consider the recommendation of the WRCC Deaconate and the Vicinage Council, further examine Adam, and to conduct a vote on Adam’s ordination. We will forward both of his position papers (calling and theology) by Thursday, September 18 (now posted, see above).
Kindly,
Reverend John Evans, Pastor
